Ian and I went on his field trip May 7th '09. As you can see we went to a buffalo farm and to a caseificio (same thing as a butcher but for cheese) to see how the cheese is made. On the way we stopped for a walk to the beach. I'll post those pictures in a seperate gallery. We had tons of fun!
